This nicely decorated and renovated Allerton Village home features recently updated central A/C and an enclosed loft that serves as a third bedroom. The first floor primary bedroom has a queen sized bed, TV with DVD player and a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom, which is also located on the main floor, has 2 twin sized beds. Up the spiral staircase you find a fully enclosed loft (3rd bedroom) with 2 twin beds, TV with DVD player, and a ceiling fan. The beautifully renovated kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped with all the amenities of home and there is comfortable seating for 6 in the dining area. The living room has a sofa, loveseat and chair, flat screen tv and laminate flooring. Enjoy your evenings on the oversized private patio furnished with table, chairs and gas grill for outdoor dining. Other amenities include a newer washer/dryer and WIFI Internet.

This property allows you to purchase pool passes*.
For the 2022 summer season, the daily pass rate is $20/adult and $10/child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $70/adult and $30/child. Children 5 and under do not require a pass.

*POOL PASSES are NOT INCLUDED and must be PURCHASED separately DURING YOUR STAY. The Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
