  • Where are your offices?

  • How do I find out the address of the vacation rental I want to book?

    Please contact our office by either chat, email or phone and we would be more than happy to provide the address at that time.

  • What do you require when I want to book a vacation rental?

    At time of booking we ask for 50% of all rental fees plus a $195 non-refundable booking & damage protection fee. The balance is due 60 days before check-in.

  • How do I book a property?

    You may either book the property directly online or call one of our reservation agents.

  • What type of payments do you accept?

    We accept either Mastercard, Visa or e-check. We are sorry but we do not accept American Express or Discover.

  • Can I hold a property without payment for a few days?

    We’re sorry but that is not allowed and payment is required at the time of reservation.

  • When will I receive my arrival information?

    We will email you the arrival information no later than 2 weeks prior to your arrival. It will contain:

    • Which office you will pick up the keys
    • Directions
    • List of suggested items to bring

  • Do I need to bring bed linens (sheets & pillow cases) & towels?

    ONLY provided if specifically mentioned in individual rental property description on website. Each house is unique and may or may not have some of the items you require. Please refer to listed amenities & description on individual property pages. All vacation rentals are equipped with mattress pads, blankets & pillows. However, if you have your “favorite” pillow you may want to bring it.

  • When is check-in time? Can I obtain my keys early in the day?

    Although the check in time is 4:00pm on arrival date, we do allow tenants to pick up the keys as early as 12:00pm. You will not be legally allowed to enter the rental property until 4:00pm (unless instructed by Leighton Realty). This will allow our tenants to gratefully miss the Cape Cod traffic, arrive non-stressed and ready to start your vacation early by either dining, shopping, going to the pool or beach until the property is ready for you.

  • When is the check-out time?

    The check-out time is 10:00am. If you are departing from the property but will be delayed dropping off the key that day, we ask that you contact us once you are out of the property.

  • Do you offer Travel Insurance?

    Travel insurance is available through Rental Guardian and is offered to you at the time of your booking.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and only if rental property is re-rented. The booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notice of cancellation must be in writing (email acceptable).

  • Can I bring my pet?

    We have a few properties that will allow for your dog. We do not have any properties that allow cats.

  • If I have a problem during my stay, how do I contact you?

    We are available 7 days a week for your convenience. You can call our office during normal business hours or for emergencies call our answering service # provided at the time of arrival.

FOR RENTERS AT THE OCEAN EDGE COMPLEX IN BREWSTER

  • Do all the Ocean Edge vacation rentals have rights to purchase passes to access amenities such as swimming pools, tennis courts, golf course, etc?

    No. If a property has rights to purchase passes it will be listed on the individual property page under amenities & within the description. Our Advanced Search will also allow you to search for those properties.

  • When an Ocean Edge vacation rental has the right to purchase passes to access amenities such as swimming pools, tennis courts, golf course, etc, is the fee for those passes included in the rental rate I paid to Leighton Realty?

    No. Fees for passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club controls the distribution and collection of fees for passes from renters and also controls the operations of its amenities. They also determine pass fees, which are subject to change without notice.
