This single level residence is located in a quiet neighborhood near Crosby Landing Beach and the Cape Rep Theater. The home offers two bedrooms and one bathroom, as well as an enclosed outdoor shower. The property sleeps up to six people, there is a pull out new futon in the Den for additional sleeping space. Enjoy the comfortable, private outdoor deck area with a charcoal grill, comfortable seating for four. The furnished back patio overlooks a large private yard.
The kitchen is very well equipped for Cape summer vacationing - enjoy a lobster pot, serving trays, coffeemaker, toaster, pots and pans and probably everything else you may need during your stay! Washer and dryer are located in the basement.
Brewster Attractions~
Enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in various locations in Brewster along Route 6A.
Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide to collect seashells, photos, and memories.
Enjoy magnificent sunsets summer over the Cape Cod Bay.
Make sure to visit Nickerson State Park, with two kettle ponds for kayak and paddle board (rentals available on site)
Play a round at Captains Golf Course!
Highly recommended restaurants are nearby JT's Seafood and Cobie's for casual beach bites and plates.
