This beautiful property is set to comfortably accommodate 4 people with a dining table plus 2 barstools, a large sofa sectional in the living room, and a colorful patio area with gas grill. The living room is air conditioned, with a large TV. The sofa turns into a bed if needed! A brand new kitchen features all stainless appliances, stocked with all necessities for a rental and beyond (including an automatic ice maker).In the Primary Bedroom you will find a queen size bed with beautifully matching furniture and new A/C system for your comfort, as well as a TV! This bedroom also has its own bathroom. The secondary bedroom contains 2 twin beds as well as a TV and a New A/C system! Air purifiers are provided throughout the condo as an option for guest use.
FREE ACTIVITIES:Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season). Just by booking with us, you’ll receive free tickets, every day of your stay to top activities like:

*For the 2025 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $80 per adult and $40 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).
*Sponsored Guest Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children’s Activities throughout the Villages. Tennis & Pickleball (Fletcher: $20 per hour/court; Bay Pines: $24 per hour/court).
*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.
Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets.
Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
