The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small table for two, while the dining area offers seating for six. The property owner has also provided table fans for your comfort. The living room is carpeted and comfortably furnished, and provides a TV/DVD, and ductless AC to cool the unit. Sliders off the living room lead to the spacious patio with wonderful direct golf course views. The patio is furnished with an outdoor dining set, umbrella, and a gas grill. Other amenities include washer/dryer and WIFI. This home is just a short walk to a bike path access.
