This Howland Village property on the golf course side of Ocean Edge in Brewster offers 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. The property is fully air conditioned with ductless AC units in both bedrooms and in the living room. Most comfortable for everyone!
On the main floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, a beautiful dining area with seating for 6, a half bath and a comfortable living room with TV/DVD. Sliding glass door leads the living room to a sunny patio area complete with outdoor seating and a charcoal Weber grill. Up the straight staircase, you will find both bedrooms with new beds, a full bath, and the washer/dryer in the hallway closet. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, storage ottoman, and TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, and a Juliet balcony overlooking the landscaped yard. WIFI Internet access is provided. The enhanced connectivity throughout both floors of the townhouse will guarantee no internet disruptions during your stay.
The property is eligible for 4 pool passes; additional fees apply.

For the 2022 summer season, the daily pass rate is $20/adult and $10/child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $70/adult and $30/child. Children 5 and under do not require a pass.
*POOL PASSES are NOT INCLUDED and must be PURCHASED separately DURING YOUR STAY. The Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.
Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
