This desirable B-style townhouse in Howland Village is just a short walk to the Fletcher Pools and Fitness Complex. Few units of this size offer access to the Jack Nicklaus–designed golf course, along with resort pools, tennis courts, and the fitness center.
The townhouse has been freshly painted and features a renovated kitchen and bathrooms, all-new beds, Pergo flooring, and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, dishwasher, and microwave, and opens to the dining area with seating for six and a comfortably furnished living room with all-new furniture.
The first-floor second bedroom offers a queen bed and a set of bunk beds, A/C, TV, and carpeting. A full bathroom and washer/dryer are conveniently located just outside the bedroom.
Up the spiral staircase, you’ll find the open loft primary bedroom with A/C, featuring a king bed and a twin bed, TV, ceiling fan, and a private full bathroom.
Sliding doors off the living room lead to a professionally landscaped patio with new outdoor furniture, umbrella, and both gas and charcoal grills—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or golf course.
Additional amenities include Xfinity cable, WiFi, two A/C units, and the option to purchase six pool passes. Green fees and resort fees apply.
