The 2nd bedroom is on the main floor and has 2 twin beds, a TV, new AC, and a full bathroom next to the room. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped and features refinished cabinets, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The living room has a flat screen smart TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, and new AC unit. Sliders off the living room lead to a private patio furnished with a table, chairs, and a charcoal grill for outdoor dining. Other amenities include a new washer/dryer, coffee maker + Keurig, as well as Wi-Fi internet and cable TV.

*For the 2025 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $80 per adult and $40 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).
*Sponsored Guest Passes include daily/weekly access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children’s Activities throughout the Villages. Tennis & Pickleball (Fletcher: $20 per hour/court; Bay Pines: $24 per hour/court).
*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.
