This very nice Eaton Village apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated, just the right touch of seaside charm. Enjoy an updated and well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. You will find televisions in the living room and both bedrooms.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed, 32" flat screen TV with DVD player, AC, ceiling fan and a private bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with ceiling fan and 19" flat screen TV with DVD player.
There is a 50" flat screen TV with Blu-ray/DVD player in the living room, as well as AC, ceiling fan and a full-sized sleep sofa. Sliders off the living room lead to a furnished private balcony with improved views of the golf course.
Other amenities include washer/dryer and WIFI Internet, and a portable playpen/baby bed. This property does not have any access to the Ocean Edge pools, since it does not have a sports membership.
Beach supplies provided: 4 beach chairs, umbrellas, 4 boogie boards, pails, shovels, nets etc.

Saturday to Saturday only.
NO POOL ACCESS - Renters at this property are NOT eligible to purchase pool passes.
Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
