Enjoy summer on Cape Cod without a long drive to the beach! Located in a secluded area of Brewster's Bayside, this home is well equipped and appointed for bayside lodging. The first level contains a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with seating for 8, a half bath, primary bedroom with a queen bed, & second bedroom with a full-sized bed. On the second floor, find a full bath and two bedrooms, each with a queen-size and one twin-size bed. All bedrooms and the living/dining/kitchen areas are air conditioned. Additional amenities include the enclosed outdoor shower, beach chairs, and a beach wagon!

Directions to the beach:

From the home, head down Foster Road to Grandfather’s Lane, all the way to the end, and you'll find the path to the beach.
The Sea Pines Association beach is quite big, stretching from Point of Rocks to the condominiums.

Please note the following:
The gravel walkway from the parking area to the house is slightly steep. The house is located between #182 & #186 - set back into the woods, very close to the water.  
Please park (2 cars maximum) to the right of #186 to the right of the small boulder. Dock is mostly private, but occasionally used by owner.

Brewster Attractions:
Enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in various locations in Brewster along Route 6A.
Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide to collect seashells, photos, and memories. The Brewster Flats have been recognized by Travel and Leisure in the America’s Most Beautiful Coastal Views category and ranked in the top three. All Brewster bayside beaches have generally gentle surfs, and fine sands.
Enjoy magnificent sunsets summer over the Cape Cod Bay.
Make sure to visit Nickerson State Park, with two kettle ponds for kayak and paddle board.
Play a round at Captains Golf Course!



Highly recommended restaurants are nearby JT's Seafood and Cobie's for casual beach bites and plates.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
