This is a lovely unit with renovated kitchen and bathrooms and A/C units in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor with a Queen bed, TV and A/C. Outside that bedroom is the bathroom along with the washer/dryer. The dining area has seating for six and is open to the living room with comfortable furniture, TV with DVD and A/C. Up the straight staircase is the open loft with 1 daybed with a trundle (2 Twins) along with 2 Twin beds, a full bathroom, TV and A/C. The sliders off the living room lead you to the patio area with outdoor furniture, umbrella and gas grill. Wi-Fi is provided with this property.

For the 2022 summer season, the daily pass rate is $20/adult and $10/child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $70/adult and $30/child. Children 5 and under do not require a pass.
*POOL PASSES are NOT INCLUDED and must be PURCHASED separately DURING YOUR STAY. The Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.
