The second bedroom features a queen bed and A/C, with the second bathroom located adjacent to the second full bathroom in hallway. The top floor features an enclosed lofted bedroom with two twin beds and A/C.
The Resort is located between Route 6A/Main Street and Route 137.

For the 2025 summer season, rates are:
- Daily: $25 per adult | $10 per child (ages 6–15)
- Weekly: $80 per adult | $40 per child(Children 5 and under do not require a pass)
Tennis & Pickleball fees:
- Fletcher $20/hour per court | Bay Pines $24/hour per court.
