8This charming Brewster vacation rental offers an affordable coastal getaway just minutes from a private association beach. The property is perfectly situated for exploring the best of Brewster, including the nearby public Point of Rocks Beach—a serene, hidden gem at the end of a residential road known for its scattered boulders and spectacular western-facing sunset views. Guests are also just a short distance from the famous Brewster Flats, the largest tidal flats in North America. This natural wonder extends nearly 10 miles along the coast, and at low tide, the water recedes over a mile to reveal 12,000 acres of sandy expanses, tidal pools, and oyster farms, creating a unique playground for beachcombing, photography, and walking on the ocean floor.
The home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests with two bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the primary bedroom, two sets of twin bunk beds (four twins total) in the second bedroom, and a queen-sized futon in the living room for additional flexibility. Modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs are provided in all bedrooms and the living area. Outside, the inviting patio is ideal for summer days, featuring a gas grill for cookouts and a private enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the bay.
