Welcome to Chilton Village of the prestigious Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster near Cape Cod Bay, come enjoy your stay at this light and bright first floor condo.


This light and airy, street-level condo is located in Chilton Village. You will feel welcome as you enter the unit to find a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for 6, and a comfortably furnished living room with TV and A/C. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, A/C and a private full bath. There is a full bathroom located in the hallway which also leads to the second bedroom with two bunkbeds. Sliders off the living room lead to the patio with outdoor seating and a gas grill. Additional amenities include washer/dryer and WIFI Internet access. The property has two A/C units, they are split system, therefore very quiet. The property does not have any carpet, the kitchen and bathrooms are updated.

There are many wonderful things to do in Brewster, enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in Brewster.
Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide.
Enjoy magnificent sunsets over Cape Cod Bay. Make sure to visit Nickerson State Park with hiking trails and two kettle ponds with kayak and paddle board rentals.
Public golf is also available at the Captains Golf Course, a 36-hole Public course in Brewster. Take in a baseball game by the renowned Cape Cod Summer league.

*For 2024 summer season the daily pass rate is $25 per adult and $10 per child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $75 per adult and $35 per child. (Children 5 and under do not require a pass).
*Pool passes are not included and must be purchased separately during your stay. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
