Absolutely beautiful Ocean Edge Home in Trevor Village with three split air-conditioning units, brand new furniture, beds, appliances, new paint, new everything! Solid flooring throughout, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms.
The lovely decorated living room has a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a flat screen 55" TV with the full cable package and an A/C. The dining room offers seating for everyone and the well stocked kitchen has all the brand new appliances you need, a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle. On the patio you will find the thoughtfully chosen outdoor furniture set, and a Webber gas grill. In addition to that beach chairs will be provided.
The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and has a King sized bed, 43" TV with cable and A/C. The other bedroom is located on the second floor as well and features a Full and a Twin sized beds, a 32" TV with cable and A/C. In the upstairs hallway you will also find the full bathroom and a stackable washer and dryer.

This property allows you to purchase 5 pool passes*.
For the 2022 summer season, the daily pass rate is $20/adult and $10/child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $70/adult and $30/child. Children 5 and under do not require a pass.
*POOL PASSES are NOT INCLUDED and must be PURCHASED separately DURING YOUR STAY. The Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.
Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided. Upon request linens and towels will be provided and beds will be made, additional fees will apply.
Travel Insurance is available upon request. Please, call us for the winter rates.
