The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and microwave. The living room is air-conditioned and has a flat screen TV, a sleep sofa, and a ceiling fan. Sliding glass doors off the living room and the primary bedroom lead to the private patio which has outstanding golf course views and is furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Other amenities include: an electric grill, washer/dryer, and WIFI Internet access.

For the 2022 summer season, the daily pass rate is $20/adult and $10/child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $70/adult and $30/child. Children 5 and under do not require a pass.
