Bright and cheery vacation home, located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Brewster, 3 Bed, 2 Bath, 1.8 miles from Cape Cod Bay Beach
You will be able to enjoy Paine's Creek Beach, Mant's Landing and all the other Brewster beaches with your beach sticker, which will need to be purchased online. Nickerson State Park has crystal clear kettle ponds and wonderful walking and hiking trails.
Enjoy the beautiful yard, the outdoor shower and the expansive deck with seating for six with a new Webber grill.
Kitchen and dining are combined. This is a comfortable, lovely open concept home. The living room has ample seating and a large flat screen TV. You can comfortably park three vehicles in the driveway. Washer and dryer are in the walkout basement With a newly added Dishwasher. The garage is not for the use of our guests.
One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor with a bathroom across the hallway and the other two rooms are on the second level. The primary bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, and a bathroom with a jetted tub. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed as well and the main floor bedroom has a full-sized bed. In addition, we have a full-sized futon in the entry room off the kitchen (there is a pocket door, so it can be quite private). If you wish to have the futon set up, please let us know and we will make the arrangements for you.
The property has split systems for air-condition. Wi-Fi and cable are provided, and rubbish removal is on Wednesday and Saturday by the owner.
Make sure you visit Nauset Beach in Orleans, only 5 miles !!!
There are many wonderful things to do in Brewster, enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. The property is only 0.4 miles to the bike trail. Bike rentals are available in Brewster.
Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide.
Enjoy magnificent sunsets over Cape Cod Bay. Make sure to visit Nickerson State Park with hiking trails and two kettle ponds with kayak and paddle board rentals, only 1.2 miles from the home.
Public golf is also available at the Captains Golf Course, a 36-hole Public course in Brewster. Take in a baseball game by the renowned Cape Cod Summer league.
Brewster is famous for the Brewster Flats, a phenomenon created by the ebb and flow of the daily tides when the waters recede out of Cape Cod Bay over 1 mile to reveal sandbars, clam beds and tidal pools teeming with sea life. To experience this at least once a day, visit one of Brewster’s beaches. From east to west these are: Crosby Landing, Linnell Landing, Ellis Landing, Breakwater Beach, Saint’s Landing, Mantes Landing and Paine's Creek.
