A full bath is located in the hallway leading to the primary bedroom, which features a king bed & window A/C unit. Finishing up on the first floor is the second bedroom, featuring two twins with a window A/C. The staircase leads to the second floor where you'll find a full bathroom, and two additional bedrooms. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and window A/C and Bedroom #4 has 3 twins and a window A/C.
The breezeway leads to the quiet backyard with outdoor shower, furniture, umbrella & gas grill. There is also a basketball hoop & a horseshoe pit. Wi-Fi is offered and the washer /dryer is in the basement.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
