Our long term rental department provides a wide range of rental properties. In addition to our large inventory of
Cape Cod summer rentals, we offer year round houses and short term rentals of single family homes, Cape Cod apartments and condominiums. We also offer 55+ Housing in a privately owned apartment building in Hyannis with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Most of our properties are equipped with kitchen appliances and some come equipped with a washer and dryer. There are also a few properties in our inventory that come fully furnished.
