This village (which means the settlement (tun) of the Billingas, a pre 7th century English people known for their fighting qualities) is located at the southern tip of the Ocean Edge complex. It is known for its quiet and peaceful surroundings and features townhouses with 2 bedrooms and 2 levels. The first part of Billington Lane abuts the 8th green which is a Par 3, 195 yards hole with a shot over a water hazard. Many of these Ocean Edge rentals in the beginning of Billington Lane have wonderful views of the green and the pond in the distance.
