Description:
SHORT WALK TO BEACH - This nicely appointed and newly renovated Cape Cod cottage has deeded rights to Red Jacket Beach and located just a blockfrom Parker River Beach in Yarmouth and 1 mile to Smugglers Beach for Jet Ski Rentals, Parasailing, commercial fishing and Banana Boat Rides! This property is close to everything beachy and touristy! The living room has a window air-conditioner and hardwood floors, full Futon and TV/DVD/VCR. The kitchen comes equipped with new appliances and all the utensils you may need.
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with AC and the 2nd bedroom has a twin. There is an open fenced back yard equipped with charcoal grill & outdoor shower. WIFI internet service is available throughout the summer rental season. It is recommended that you bring a back up Ethernet cable.
No Smoking - No pets. Bed linens and towels are NOT provided. CHECK-IN location is at our Hyannis office.
