GOLF ACCESS- This Stunning End Unit Free Standing Patio Home. Enjoy a Cape Cod home that is cozy and unique among patio homes in Ocean Edge .The home has Internet access, golf privileges for guests, and is perfectly situated on the Golf course with a birds eye view of the 15th tee. It has a large and open floor plan with Central Air Conditioning and Pergo floors on the first floor and maple hardwood floors upstairs. The living room is quite comfortable and has a queen sleep sofa with two sitting chairs. There is also a 37" LCD TV complete with surround sound. The kitchen has beautiful cabinetry, granite counter tops and appliances including a gas/electric stove, convection/microwave oven and standard size washer and dryer, toaster, coffee maker along with a well placed window "prep" bar that also serves as a breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a 15" LCD TV. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds a 13" LCD TV with a reading bench at the window. There is a standard staircase leading to the second floor with a queen size bed and a 15" LCD TV. Also in the loft is a den furnished with a sofa, chair and other amenities including a 20" LCD TV, VCR and DVD player. In addition, the home has a large collection of videos, books and games for entertainment in inclement weather. The home is within walking distance to the Reef Restaurant and pool, the bike path and in-town locations. There is a large patio, a grill with a picnic table and outdoor furniture. No pets, no smoking. Travel Insurance is available upon request. This property welcomes payment by personal check or Visa/Mastercard. Pool/Fitness Center Access. Golf Privileges on Private Course available with this property. Green fees not included. Pool passes provided for 8 people (age 5 and older). Children under 5 do not require a pool pass. Use of resort shuttle is also included. Bed linens are provided. This property would consider FRIDAY to FRIDAY in June. Off season the owner has a Shih Tzu dog occasionally on the property.
