Located directly on Bucks Pond and just steps from the private association beach, this lovely 4 bedroom/2 bath home features sweeping views of the pond and hardwood floors throughout. The living area on the main floor has cable TV/ DVD. Also on the main floor is a fully stocked eat-in kitchen, a formal dining room, and 2 bedrooms - the Master has a queen bed / TV and AC and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Downstairs, is the second bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms - one with a queen bed and TV/VCR and AC and the other with 2 twins. For outside activity, there is a large deck with a gas grill off the kitchen and from the downstairs, walk out to a backyard with picnic tables and steps leading directly down to the pond. The property has WIFI internet access, washer/dryer, dishwasher and outdoor shower. If you need additional units we also rent nearby (HA0197). No pets / no smoking. Travel Insurance is available upon request. This property welcomes payment by personal check or Visa/Mastercard. Bed linens and towels are NOT provided.
