Description:
GOLF ACCESS- Lower level Endicott on the golf course side sleeps 8 and is a short walk to the Arbor Pool, the Linx restaurant, tennis and volleyball courts. The master bedroom has a King bed, AC, TV/VCR and a private bath. The second bedroom features a King bed with sitting area, AC and TV. The third bedroom has a Queen, bunk beds (two twins) and AC. The living room/dining room has AC, TV, a sleep sofa and it opens up to a large deck with gas grill and patio furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, toaster, blender and more. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. No pets, no smoking. Travel Insurance is available upon request. This property welcomes payment by personal check or Visa/Mastercard. Pool/Fitness Center Access. GOLF Privileges on Private Course available with this property. Green fees not included. Pool passes provided for 8 people (age 5 and older). Children under 5 do not require a pool pass.
