Lower level Endicott on the golf course side sleeps 8 and is a short walk to the Arbor Pool, the Linx restaurant, tennis and volleyball courts. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, air conditioner, cable television and a private bath. The second bedroom features a King-size bed with sitting area, air conditioning and cable television. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds and a TV. The living room/dining room has air conditioning, cable television and opens up to a large deck with grill and patio furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, toaster, blender and more. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. All rooms have built-in air conditioners. This property provides internet service. No pets, no smoking. Travel Insurance is available upon request. This property welcomes payment by personal check or Visa/Mastercard. Pool/Fitness Center Access. Pool passes provided for 8 people (age 5 and older). Children under 5 do not require a pool pass. Use of resort shuttle is also included. Bed linens are provided.
