Description:
2 AC UNITS - A delightful 1st floor unit that has privacy, overlooks the golf course and is centrally located. There are AC units in the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a TV, and a full bath. The second bedroom has two Twin Beds. There is a TV and a DVD in the Living Room. The Kitchen has all the amenities of home plus a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a new Microwave. Internet access is availble (WIFI). It is recommended that you bring a back up Ethernet cable.
Renters at this property are not eligible to purchase pool passes. BEACH PASS - WE WILL REIMBURSE ONE BREWSTER BEACH PASS FOR THE WEEK upon presentation of receipt.
No Pets, No Smoking. Bed Linens are provided. Towels are not provided.
