Description:
This lower Eaton unit has a definite beachy feel with its pastel nautical décor. The patio area has glimpses of the golf course through the trees. The living room has a TV/ VCR and stereo as well as AC. The Master bedroom has white wicker furniture with a Queen bed a TV/DVD player. The second bedroom has white wicker furniture with 2 twin beds. Brewster fire code states that any open flame (gas & charcoal grills) must be no closer than 15 feet from the unit. If you need additional units we also rent nearby (EA0142). No pets, no smoking. Travel Insurance is available upon request. This property welcomes payment by personal check or Visa/Mastercard. Pool passes provided for 4 people (age 5 and older). Children under 5 do not require a pool pass. Pool/Fitness Center Access. Use of resort shuttle is also included. Bed linens are provided.
