This sunny 2nd floor end unit has a Cathedral ceiling and features brand new carpeting and flooring. With views of the golf course, it has plenty of privacy yet is only .4 miles to Fletcher Pool. The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed with AC and a full bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room has a TV/DVD, AC and a full size sleeper sofa. The Kitchen is fully equipped. For larger parties, we also rent units nearby (EA0049 & EA0115). No pets, no smoking. Travel Insurance is available upon request. This property welcomes payment by personal check or Visa/Mastercard. Pool/Fitness Center Access. Pool passes provided for 6 people (age 5 and older). Children under 5 do not require a pool pass. Use of resort shuttle is also included. Bed linens are provided.
