Description:
This cute 3 bedroom cottage features hardwood floors and is a just short stroll to Linnell Landing beach (0.3 miles). The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the second has a full bed and the third has 2 twins to comfortably sleep 6. The Living room has a love seat and sofa and it also has a day bed providing another bed for an additional person. Both the living room and the twin bedroom have a LCD TV/DVD. There is AC in the master bedroom and fans throughout the house. A washer/dryer is located in the kitchen. The house has two patios, one furnished with a gas Weber grill, table and seating for 6 people. The second patio is furnished with 2 chaise lounges and extra chairs. The front yard has seating for 6 under beautiful maple trees. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower. The bike trail is only .04 miles away and Nickerson State Park is also nearby. The cottage provides 6 beach chairs and two beach umbrellas. No Pets, No Smoking. Travel Insurance is available upon request. This property welcomes payment by personal check or Visa/Mastercard. Bed Linens and towels are NOT provided. |
