Sunday to Sunday rentals for the weeks of 8/22 and 8/29. This Bayside Townhouse is a short walk to the private beach, tennis, and pool. The Master Bedroom (upstairs) has a King sized bed, a full bath. The second bedroom (main floor) has a Queen Bed. The third bedroom (upstairs) has two Twin beds. 3 TVs (Master bedroom, living room (new large screen) and rec room), with HD TV in the living room. A sliding glass door leads to the main deck with a BBQ grill and large backyard for family games. There is central AC in this house as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, coffee maker and a toaster oven. No pets, no smoking. Travel Insurance is available upon request. This property welcomes payment by personal check or Visa/Mastercard. Private Tennis/Private Pool/Private Beach Access. Use of resort shuttle is also included. Bed linens are provided.
