Description:
This lovely C-style Billington townhouse is a short walk to Arbor pool. Both bedrooms are upstairs with a full bathroom between them. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, TV and AC. The second bedroom has 2 Twin beds. The living room has a sleep sofa, TV with VCR/DVD, and AC. Through the sliding door from the living room is a patio with a gas grill. Wireless internet is available. If you need additional units we also rent nearby (BI0085). No pets, no smoking. Travel Insurance is available upon request. This property welcomes payment by personal check or Visa/Mastercard. Pool/Fitness Center Access. Pool passes provided for 6 people (age 5 and older). Children under 5 do not require a pool pass. Use of resort shuttle is also included. Bed linens are provided.
