The kitchen has all the amenities of a home along with a washer/dryer. The patio is equipped with a BBQ grill for those lazy days of Summer with a very private back yard. This unit is only 0.3 miles to the Arbor Pool, Linx Restaurant, Clubhouse & Golf Pro Shop. No pets, no smoking. Travel Insurance is available upon request. This property welcomes payment by personal check or Visa/Mastercard. Pool/Fitness Center Access. Use of resort shuttle is also included. Pool passes provided for 6 people (age 5 and older). Children under 5 do not require a pool pass. Bed linens are provided.
