For your comfort, there is air conditioning on both floors, along with a ceiling fan. Videos for children and plus board games are available at condo. Patio with umbrella/table and chairs and gas grill are included with rental. If you need additional units we also rent nearby ( BI0048; BI0190). No pets, no smoking. Pool/Fitness Center Access. Pool passes provided for 6 people (age 5 and older). Children under 5 do not require a pool pass. Bed linens are provided.
